  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced, for garnish
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish

Notes

Storage: Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Make-Ahead: Prepare the miso glaze and chop the cauliflower a day in advance. Assemble and bake when ready. Variations: Substitute salmon with firm tofu for a vegetarian option. Add a side of steamed rice or quinoa for a complete meal. The glaze can also be used for chicken or vegetables.
