  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks provides natural sweetness and creaminess
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Fresh Ginger peeled and grated for a bright zing
  • 0.5 cup Ice Cubes optional, for a thicker consistency

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and the honey with agave nectar. To make ahead, steep the tea the night before and store it in the refrigerator. This smoothie is best consumed immediately but can be kept in an airtight thermos for up to 4 hours.
