Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk cold
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 tbsp almond butter creamy
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar for topping

Notes

For best texture, use frozen almond milk cubes instead of regular ice. The smoothie can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though it will thicken. Shake well before serving. For a chocolate twist, add 1 tbsp cocoa powder and reduce cinnamon to 1/4 tsp.
