Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk chilled
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder approx 30g
  • 2 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter creamy style
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut toasted until golden brown
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup optional for sweetness
  • 0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt to enhance the peanut flavor

Notes

To make this ahead, toast the coconut in bulk and store in an airtight container for up to a week. For a thicker, milkshake-like consistency, use a frozen banana instead of ice cubes. If using a sweetened protein powder, omit the maple syrup.
