Notes

Store the tonic in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. For best results, drink 1/2 cup twice daily before meals. The tonic may have a slightly bitter taste due to the medicinal herbs. Pregnant women and those with iron overload conditions should consult a healthcare provider before use. You can also add 1 tsp of nettle leaf for additional mineral content.
