  • 1 scoop wheatgrass powder or 2 oz fresh wheatgrass juice
  • 1 cup coconut water unsweetened and chilled
  • 0.5 medium cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice approx half a lemon
  • 0.5 inch fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional for desired texture

Notes

For best results, consume immediately. If making ahead, store in an airtight glass jar for up to 12 hours; shake well before drinking as natural separation will occur. Substitute Granny Smith apples with Honeycrisp for a sweeter profile. If the wheatgrass flavor is too earthy for your palate, add 1/2 a frozen banana to increase creaminess and sweetness.
