Notes

For best results, use high-quality rose water and freshly ground cardamom. The drink can be made ahead and reheated, but fresh frothing is recommended. Substitute almond or oat milk for dairy-free version. For a stronger Turkish coffee flavor, add 1/4 tsp instant coffee powder to the milk mixture.
