  • 1.5 cups frozen mango chunks provides a thick, creamy texture
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water or plain water for a lighter taste
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain and unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger peeled and minced
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds for added healthy fats and protein
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice adds brightness and cuts the earthiness of the greens
  • 0.5 tsp honey optional, to taste

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with almond or coconut yogurt. To make ahead, portion the greens, mango, and ginger into freezer bags; just add liquid and blend when ready. Store leftovers in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours, though separation may occur.
