Notes

Store leftover tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The tremella mushrooms can be eaten or discarded. For enhanced benefits, add a pinch of turmeric or a few dried rosebuds. This tea can be made in larger batches and reheated gently. Avoid boiling after adding honey to preserve its beneficial enzymes.
