Notes

For best results, use cold ingredients and consume immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though texture is best when fresh. For a vegan version, use plant-based protein powder and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan. This smoothie can be made ahead by blending all ingredients except ice, then storing in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours before adding ice and blending again.
