Notes

For a stronger fennel flavor, lightly toast the seeds in the saucepan before adding water. This tea can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 2 days - reheat gently before serving. For a vegan version, use coconut or almond milk. The fennel tea base (without milk) can be frozen for up to 1 month and reheated with fresh milk when needed.
