  • 0.5 cup raspberry jam or any berry jam, thick
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar optional for dusting

Notes

Storage: Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze baked cookies in a single layer, then store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature.
