Notes

If using dried red clover, steep 2 tablespoons in hot water for 10 minutes, let it cool completely, and use that liquid as your base. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight mason jar for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking as natural separation may occur.
