Notes

Best consumed warm, 15-30 minutes after meals for digestive support. Can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to 24 hours, then reheated gently. For stronger flavor, steep for 10 minutes instead of 5. Substitute dried peppermint leaves (1 tbsp) if fresh isn't available. Avoid adding honey if you have blood sugar concerns.
