  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or milk of choice
  • 0.5 cup Greek Yogurt plain or vanilla, non-fat
  • 5 pieces Chocolate Pejoy Sticks crushed slightly
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter smooth
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp Dark Chocolate Chips optional garnish

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use a frozen banana instead of half the ice. To make it dairy-free, use a plant-based protein powder and soy or coconut yogurt. Best consumed immediately for the best texture of the Pejoy sticks. Store leftover Pejoy sticks in an airtight container to maintain crunch.
