Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder approx 30g
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk can substitute with skim milk
  • 1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter natural, no sugar added
  • 0.5 tsp Maple Extract essential for the signature Nut Goodie flavor
  • 1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder for extra chocolate depth
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Dry Roasted Peanuts unsalted preferred
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes use more for a thicker consistency
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt to enhance the maple and nut flavors

Notes

For a thicker, milkshake-like consistency, freeze the almond milk into ice cubes before blending. If you prefer a sweeter shake, add 1-2 drops of liquid stevia or a teaspoon of maple syrup. Store any leftovers in a shaker bottle in the fridge for up to 4 hours, though the texture is best when fresh.
