Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Napa cabbage roughly chopped, tightly packed
  • 2 medium Green apples cored and sliced, skin left on for fiber
  • 1 cup Coconut water unsweetened and chilled
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes optional for a frostier texture

Notes

Storage: Best enjoyed immediately, but can be stored in an airtight mason jar for up to 12 hours (shake well before drinking). Substitution: Use a frozen banana instead of yogurt for a dairy-free, creamier version. Tip: Napa cabbage is much milder than kale or spinach, making this an excellent 'entry-level' green smoothie.
