  • 3 whole Medjool Dates pitted and soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk cold
  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats to mimic the semolina texture
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios shelled and unsalted
  • 0.5 tsp Orange Blossom Water food grade
  • 0.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon high quality
  • 0.5 cup Ice Cubes for thickness

Notes

For a thicker texture, use a frozen banana instead of ice. If you prefer a nuttier flavor, lightly toast the oats in a dry pan for 2 minutes before blending. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 12 hours, though separation may occur.
