  • 2 large Bananas Frozen and sliced for creaminess
  • 0.5 inch Fresh Ginger Peeled and minced
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Hearts For added protein and healthy fats
  • 1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup Optional, to taste

Notes

For a thicker 'smoothie bowl' consistency, reduce the almond milk by half. You can store leftovers in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours, though separation is natural—just shake well before drinking. If you don't have loose leaf Kukicha, 2 tea bags may be substituted.
