  • 1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for richness

Notes

For maximum immune benefits, drink this kadha tea latte first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. The black pepper enhances turmeric absorption. Store leftover tea base (without milk) in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before adding fresh milk. For a stronger brew, simmer the spices for an additional 5 minutes. You can also make this as a cold immunity drink by chilling the tea base and serving over ice with cold milk.
