Notes

Store leftover tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently before serving. For enhanced benefits, drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You can substitute fresh ginger for dried (use 2 tbsp fresh, sliced). The tea has a slightly bitter taste that can be balanced with honey or stevia.
