Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jasmine green tea brewed and thoroughly chilled
  • 1 cup Baby spinach fresh and packed
  • 1 large Banana frozen and sliced for creaminess
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain or honey flavored
  • 1 tbsp Honey or agave nectar to taste
  • 0.5 tsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes optional for extra thick texture

Notes

To make ahead, brew the jasmine tea the night before and store in the fridge. For a vegan version, substitute the Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and use agave instead of honey. Store leftovers in an airtight jar for up to 24 hours, though separation is natural; shake well before drinking.
