  • 1 cup milk whole or oat milk recommended
  • 1-2 tsp honey or sugar optional, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional

Notes

For iced version, steep tea with half the water, cool completely, then pour over ice and add cold milk. Store leftover tea concentrate in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Substitute matcha for hojicha for a different flavor profile.
