  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/4 cup water as needed for dough
  • 1 cup plain yogurt for serving

Notes

Storage: Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat on a skillet for best texture. Make-ahead: Prepare dough and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
