  • 1 tbsp coconut oil for roasting broccoli
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves Thai basil preferred
  • 2 tbsp lime juice freshly squeezed

Notes

Storage: Store in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave. Make-Ahead: Prep the curry sauce and roast the broccoli a day ahead.
