Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Fukamushi Sencha tea leaves high quality, deep-steamed
  • 1 cup Hot water heated to 175°F/80°C
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks provides natural sweetness
  • 0.5 cup Baby spinach tightly packed
  • 0.5 medium Avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or preferred plant milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 0.5 tsp Fresh ginger grated
  • 1 cup Ice cubes optional for extra chill

Notes

For the best flavor, do not use boiling water as it will scald the delicate tea leaves. To make ahead, you can brew the tea and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. If using fresh mango instead of frozen, add an extra cup of ice to maintain the frosty texture. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 12 hours, though some separation is natural; simply shake before drinking.
