  • 1 whole lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 whole orange zested and juiced
  • 6 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 whole jalapeƱo pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp raw honey or to taste
  • 1 tsp black peppercorns cracked

Notes

For best results, use organic ingredients when possible. The longer the infusion time, the stronger the flavor. You can adjust honey to taste or omit for a sugar-free version. This tonic may be too strong for some - start with small amounts and increase gradually. Shake well before each use as ingredients may settle.
