Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk cold
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1 medium frozen banana sliced
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract pure
  • 4-6 ice cubes ice optional for thickness

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen Greek yogurt cubes instead of regular yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours, though best enjoyed fresh. Add 1 tbsp almond butter for extra protein and healthy fats. This smoothie tastes like a cinnamon roll and provides sustained energy for 3-4 hours.
