Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder Whey or plant-based
  • 3 whole Medjool Dates Pitted and soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter Adds creaminess and healthy fats
  • 2 tbsp Rolled Oats Provides the 'cookie' texture and fiber
  • 0.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon For aromatic warmth
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract Enhances the cookie flavor profile
  • 0.5 cup Ice Cubes Adjust for desired thickness
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt To balance the sweetness of the dates

Notes

For a thicker, milkshake-like consistency, use a frozen banana in place of half the ice. To make this ahead, blend everything except the ice and store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 24 hours; shake well and add ice before serving. You can substitute almond butter with peanut butter for a 'peanut butter cookie' variation.
