  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional, for thickness

Notes

Store any leftover shake in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before drinking as separation may occur. For a thicker shake, use frozen lingonberries instead of jam. This shake can be made ahead and frozen in popsicle molds for a protein-packed frozen treat.
