  • 1/2 cup Ice cubes for a thick, chilled consistency

Notes

For the best texture, ensure your semolina is 'fine' rather than 'coarse'. If making ahead, store in an airtight thermos for up to 4 hours; shake well before drinking as semolina may settle. You can substitute the rose water with orange blossom water for a different floral notes.
