  • 1 tbsp honey plus extra for drizzling

  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract

Notes

For a stronger flavor, increase cardamom to 1/4 tsp. Can be made ahead: prepare the spiced milk mixture and refrigerate for up to 2 days, then reheat and froth before serving. For an iced version, pour over ice and skip the frothing step. Substitute maple syrup for honey if preferred.
