  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger or 1/2 tsp fresh grated
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Notes

For best results, use organic ashwagandha powder and fresh spices. This latte can be made ahead and reheated gently - just add honey after reheating to preserve its benefits. For a richer version, use coconut milk or add 1 tsp coconut oil. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
