Notes

Store leftover tea concentrate in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently before adding milk. For an iced version, cool the tea completely and pour over ice, then add cold milk. The tea leaves can be re-steeped once for a lighter second cup. Alishan tea is prized for its high mountain growing conditions which create complex floral notes that pair beautifully with milk.
