  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Notes

Best consumed warm, 30 minutes after meals for optimal digestive benefits. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and reheated. For stronger flavor, increase ajwain to 1.5 tablespoons. Avoid consuming on an empty stomach if you have acid reflux.
